Chief Executive Officer and President

Philip H. Levy, Ph.D., is the Chief Executive Officer and President of the YAI Network. In his 40 years with the organization, he has played a pivotal role in building the YAI Network into one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit health and human services organizations serving infants, children, adults and seniors with developmental and learning disabilities, including autism, intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome and neurological impairments. The Network employs more than 5,600 staff and serves 20,000 people daily.

Dr. Levy is nationally recognized as a champion of the rights of people with disabilities and their families and the staff who serve them. He serves as a member of the Mayor’s Community Services Board, Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and has taught at New York University, Columbia University, CUNY and Adelphi University. Dr. Levy is also a highly respected healthcare management consultant and a sought-after speaker at professional forums and conferences. He has been featured as a guest on local and national television programs, such as “The Early Show” on CBS and “The View” on ABC, and in numerous publications including The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. Dr. Levy has also been the recipient of prestigious awards from both within and outside of the profession.
