    Etsy, a social commerce website focused on handmade or vintage items enjoys over 22 million members and more than 42 million visitors a month in 200 countries. Etsy's workforce is comprised of many different people with unique talents and backgrounds, all of whom represent the global marketplace. Etsy reached out to YAI in hopes of learning more about the talents of individuals with disabilities and the strengths they could offer to their team. From there, an employment opportunity was created and a partnership was born.
