Meet Michael and Adam, two Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation employees, each with unique and special talents. Michael is an extraordinary pianist and has been playing the accompaniment for the dance classes at Ailey for over 20 years. Adam serves as an integral member of Ailey's administrative team, delivering mail and assisting with various operational roles that keep the organization running smoothly each day. Together, they show a small glimpse into the diverse skills and personalities that Ailey looks for in their employees, teachers, staff and performers.
