Adam serves as an integral member of Ailey's administrative team, delivering mail and assisting with various operational roles that keep the organization running smoothly each day. Together, they show a small glimpse into the diverse skills and personalities that Ailey looks for in their employees, teachers, staff and performers.

YAI Dream House

It began more than 10 years ago, when a group of young adults with developmental disabilities from Brooklyn dreamed of sharing their love for music, song and dance with the world. Today, thanks to the determination of these six individuals and their families, with the partnership of their friends, the government and YAI, their dream is coming true.

    I recogonized Jeffery from my commute in Brooklyn ever morning - I have had the oppurtunity to talk to him . We both enjoy music and were dancing on the subway platform while waiting for the train to arrive. I am so happy to see he is living in his own home And that one of his dreams have come true. I would love to raise money to help other young people like Jeff live on their own. Everyone should have the experience of being independent.
