Rockland County Association for Learning Disabilities

Founded in 1976, the Rockland County Association for Learning Disabilities (RCALD) is a not-for-profit agency that provides a comprehensive range of services in Rockland, Orange, Westchester, Bronx, Putnam, Dutchess, Sullivan and Ulster counties. Services include employment training and placement, residential, family support, social and recreational programs and innovative day habilitation. RCALD promotes essential social and vocational skills that maximize the potential of people with learning and other developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders and ADHD, to lead independent, productive and dignified lives. In addition to providing direct services to teenagers and adults with disabilities, RCALD offers extensive support and education to families.
