Eliot P. Green, Chair

Eliot Green, Esq., joined the YAI/NIPD Board of Trustees in 1995 and became Chair of the Board in 2009. Mr. Green also recently became Chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Committee on Non-Profit Organizations.

Mr. Green has been married for 25 years to Judy Green, his junior high school sweetheart, whom he met when he was 15 years old. Mr. and Mrs. Green live in Stamford, Connecticut and are the proud parents of Jenna, a college senior who is headed for law school, and Anthony, 16, a nationally ranked competitive fencer. Mr. Green grew up and attended school in Montclair, New Jersey.  He recalls that his parents, both caring and compassionate people, taught him early on to help others and to reach out to the community. Those values continue to guide Mr. Green's life today as he continues to serve the YAI community with dedication and distinction.
