PHC has earned national certification as a Level 2 Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA). All of Premier HealthCare's 5 Outpatient Medical Practices (Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, and 2 in Brooklyn) received this prestigious distinction. "This higher designation furthers our position as a national leader in the provision of cutting-edge health care services to our patients with developmental disabilities," said Marco Damiani, Senior Director of Clinical and Family Services for the YAI Network.
