Proof of full-time status is required. A photocopy of a valid student ID is acceptable.

Group Discount: For six or more attendees from the same organization, deduct 20 percent off the total amount.


REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Conference fees are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law.
All refunds must be requested in writing and postmarked or faxed no later than April 12, 2010. A $40.00 processing fee per registration will be deducted from each refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after April 12, 2010. Payment is required for any open purchase orders that have not been cancelled by April 12, 2010 regardless of registrant participation.
