Early Bird Registration: To receive the Early Bird discount your registration must be postmarked or faxed no later than March 8, 2013.
Pre-Registration Deadline: Registration and payment must be postmarked or faxed no later than April 22, 2013.
After April 22, 2013 pre-registration will be closed, but you may register at the On-site registration desk located on the 2nd floor Promenade.
Group Discount: For six or more attendees from the same organization, deduct 20% from total amount.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Conference fees are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law. All refunds must be requested in writing and postmarked or faxed no later than April 22, 2013. A $40.00 processing fee per registration will be deducted from each refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after April 22, 2013. Payment is required for any open purchase orders that have not been cancelled by April 22, 2013 regardless of registrant participation.
