Thanks to advances in community-based services, including healthcare, therapy and day services, people with developmental disabilities are living longer, healthier, happier lives than ever before. Helping the people we serve to live long, quality lives, in which they never stop learning and growing, is a major focus of the YAI Network. By retrofitting our residences to make them fully accessible; creating flexible, in-home day programs; and providing nursing and healthcare coordination with our doctors at Premier HealthCare, we are ensuring that our seniors with disabilities "age in place," in dignity and comfort.
