The LINK Department at the YAI/NIPD Network is your source for programs and services for people with disabilities. When you contact LINK, a knowledgeable and courteous information and referral specialist will take your call and listen to your questions and concerns. To help us serve you better, please be prepared to describe the abilities and needs of the person for whom you are seeking assistance. Your LINK representative will ask for certain information to determine service needs and eligibility.
