YAI’s Corporate Volunteer Program connects companies and passionate professionals who share our mission of creating hope and opportunity for people with developmental disabilities. By volunteering with YAI, companies can increase their social responsibility efforts, build an optimistic work culture, and demonstrate a commitment to diversity and community engagement. Whether you are seeking a volunteer experience at your office or a location for your corporate volunteer event, we can accommodate your interest in volunteering with YAI.

•  Attend a Business Advisory Council meeting
•  Facilitate your company’s representation at a YAI Job Fair
•  Mentor a YAI graduate as he or she develops professionally
•  Organize a social gathering with coworkers and YAI graduates
• Organize a Central Park Challenge team
•  Hold a seminar on how to “Dress for Success” for YAI graduates
  
•  Provide an opportunity for a YAI graduate to shadow you at work
•  Create an internship opportunity for a YAI graduate
  
•  Tour a YAI Employment Training Program 
•  Participate in National Disability Employment Awareness Month
