Storm program updates
A few residential programs have been relocated due to storm damage and power issues. For information about a specific residential program, please contact the program coordinator or Jane Toby at Central Office at 212-273-6120.
The following hotline information has been provided by the New York City Office of Emergency Management (OEM) Advance Warning System that disseminates information to New Yorkers with special needs.
1-800-LIFENET is a free, confidential help line for New York City residents. Call 24 hours per day/7 days per week. The hotline's staff of trained mental health professionals help callers find mental health and substance abuse services. LIFENET has authorized linkages with the 23 mobile crisis teams and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

In case of an eletrical service interruption make arrangements to ensure health equipment remains operable by calling 911 or by going to a hospital. Life sustaining equipment and medical hardship clients call 1-877-582-6633. Critical location clients should call 1-877-427-2255.
