OPWDD Guidance on Service Resumption

The New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) has issued guidance on service resumption effective July 15, 2020. OPWDD issued the four guidance documents below to providers and family members allowing the resumption of home visits, community outings and day services, as well as returning to residential settings following extended home visits for regions of the State that have entered into Phase 4 of the New York Forward Reopening Plan.
