OPWDD Interim Guidance Regarding In-Person Services at Article 16 Clinics

This Interim Guidance provides guidelines for Article 16 Clinics operated and/or certified by OPWDD, which have remained open and operational during the state of emergency in response to COVID-19, providing essential services to people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, focusing on emergent needs for in-person services. Article 16 Clinics will resume operations safely and consistently with the Governor’s NY Forward initiative. OPWDD is committed to resuming full access to services for people, as well as to maintaining health and safety standards, social distancing directives, and precautions to help protect against the spread of COVID-19.
