Team Building That Results in Improved Staff Retention

Retaining staff is a challenge. Vacancies have a negative impact on our organizations including financial loss. One strategy to reduce vacancies is to recognize that creating and maintaining a strong, effective team is key to staff retention. This three hour, interactive training will provide Supervisors with the tools to be team leaders by learning how to be Team Builders! Building strong program teams will better retain DSPs, reduce overtime costs, and ensure continued quality supports and services to the people of your organization.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation must be received 5 business days prior to a scheduled training in order to receive a refund.


YAI’s Center for Professional Development reserves the right to cancel training due to low enrollment numbers. Registrants will be notified at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled training.
