Interim Executive Director, Premier HealthCare

Hope is the Interim Executive Director for Premier HealthCare, a YAI Network agency that provides primary care and specialty outpatient services to patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). In this role, she is charged with revitalizing Premier’s medical, dental, and mental health services. For more than 20 years, Hope has held increasingly senior roles in the I/DD field. Before joining Premier, Hope served as the Senior Director of Business Development and Government Relations at YAI. Hope has expertise in city, state, and federally funded programs, as well in regulatory compliance, organizational growth, and government relations strategy. Hope spent 8 years with the InterAgency Council of Developmental Disabilities Agencies as the Associate Executive Director of Adult Services. Throughout her career, she has played a crucial role in expanding early intervention, Article 16 services, Article 28 clinics, and has provided technical assistance to over 150 I/DD nonprofit agencies throughout New York City. Hope holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pace University and a master’s degree in Social Work from NYU. She currently serves on iHOPE’s Board of Trustees.
