Day Hab Without Walls offers individualized and group activities designed to teach life and community safety skills, build relationships, promote independence, provides volunteer opportunities, and vocational skill building. The focus is on each person's strengths while participating in the larger community. 21+

This program prepares participants for competitive employment through pre-vocational and day habilitation internships and volunteer opportunities at various sites throughout the community. Job coaches provide participants with on-site support to ensure success.

Leisure Trax offers adults with developmental and learning disabilities vacation and travel opportunities, including weekend trips and extended vacations with domestic and international destinations. Free travel (some trips) offered to eligible people who reside in the Bronx.

In partnership with the Frost Valley YMCA sleepaway camp, YAI/NIPD offers an award-winning inclusive camping experience in the Catskills to children and teens with developmental and learning disabilities, ages 8 and up.

Vocational services provide a wide range of supports to assist in finding and maintaining employment. These include: tutoring, vocational and comprehensive assessment, job skills training, resume writing, interview prep, application assistance and vocational benefits advisement, vocational counseling, job development, placement, and job coaching. These supports and services are designed to assist participants with a variety of disabilities in reaching their vocational goals. Vocational services are offered in: Rockland, Westchester, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, and Putnam Counties.

At-Home Respite provides families with a break from their daily routine. Trained staff provide scheduled care for a child or adult family member with an Intellectual or Developmental Disability. This services give the person new opportunities to develop greater independence while providing a much needed break for the family.

Trained community habilitiation support staff provide individualized skills training in the home and the community. Focus is on a person's strengths, their goals, and critical skills for development. This includes building skills and independence in the areas of self care, social skills, money management, life safety, household tasks, accessing resources in, and enjoying the community. For people who are 18 and older.

Community Hab-R offers people who currently live in supervised or supportive IRAs (Individualized Residential Alternatives) an opportunity to work with a trained specialist to enhance community integration. The focus is on a person's strengths and developing critical skills in the areas of community safety, travel training, social and vocational skills, money management, and accessing resources in and enjoying life in the community. For people 21 and older.

RCAPD provides a continuum of residential options ranging from independent apartment to 24–hour supervised homes in Rockland County.

Friday Night Live is a weekly socialization program for young adults aged 18-27 living at home. Activities provide opportunities for socialization, relationship building and the development of social skills and independence. Activities occur on site as well as at various community locations and include dinners out, bowling, movies, etc.

A weekly program held in Rockland County for adults (21+). It offers the opportunity for participants to socialize and bowl in a non-competitive environment. It takes place at a local bowling alley on Sunday mornings from September to May. Bowlers pay a weekly league fee.
