What does OPWDD eligibility mean?
The Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) funds and oversees the majority of services that support people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) in New York State. If a service is marked “OPWDD eligibility required”, then the person will need to be approved for services by OPWDD.
