Marissa Gernett

Coordinator of Family Services, MSA (lower school)

Marissa Gernett joined MSA in 2022 as the Coordinator of Family Services. Prior to her role at MSA, Marissa held a range of clinical and leadership roles focused on supporting children and families with a focus on early childhood and neurodevelopmental disabilities. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marissa blends her clinical skills with her ability to create meaningful programming to support students and parents alike. She is passionate about fostering the social-emotional growth of our students and fostering a collaborative community at MSA. She holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Jewish Studies from Penn State and a Master of Science degree in Social Work from Columbia University.
