Shaquell Girdner

Para Manager, MSA (lower school)

Shaquell Girdner is the Paraprofessional Supervisor at MSA. She has been working at MSA for the past 3.5 years. Being the oldest of four siblings, and a mom herself, Shaquell has her own love for children. She loves going on adventures, exploring the city of New York with her daughter; and trying new restaurants with her family. Working at MSA, Shaquell started out as a paraprofessional, working one on one with students. She was quickly promoted to a teacher assistant and since 2021 has been working as the paraprofessional supervisor, juggling the task of hiring suitable employees to work with our students. Shaquell has learned to work both with staff and students, being able to match them into great pairs. Working with children has been Shaquell’s passion, and she cannot wait to see what the future holds in her career.
