Psychotherapy is the treatment of mental and emotional disorders through the use of psychological techniques designed to help with communication of conflicts and look into problems. The goal being relief of symptoms, changes in behavior leading to improved social and vocational functioning, and personality growth. Types of therapy we offer are:

Individual Therapy 

One-on-one counseling sessions with a therapist to discuss issues related to issues like anxiety, depression, and more.  

Family Therapy 

Group sessions with relatives and a therapist to facilitate communication and family members in working through the issues affecting their relationships.

Couple's Counseling 

Therapy for couples seeking support in order to overcome issues, help strengthen bonds, and promote understanding.

Collateral Counseling 

Therapy for caregivers to help prevent caregiver burnout and reduce stress related to providing care for a loved one.
