Senior Director, MSA

Stephanie Ferreira began her career as a Special Education teacher within the New York City Department of Education, where she developed a deep commitment to supporting neurodiverse learners. She joined MSA in 2017 as the Educational Supervisor and quickly became an integral part of the school’s growth and community. As Director of the Upper School, Stephanie played a key role in building the program from the ground up, shaping both the curriculum and the operational foundation. Her leadership, vision, and dedication to high‑quality special education paved the way for her advancement to Senior Director, where she now oversees all of MSA.

Stephanie believes that every student can learn and thrive when provided with meaningful opportunities to grow. She is committed to fostering independence, empowering students to reach their fullest potential, and working collaboratively with families to ensure the needs of the whole child are supported.
