Premier’s providers strive to provide high-quality primary care and specialty outpatient services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their loved ones. Our outpatient services include primary care, dentistry, pediatrics, psychiatry, podiatry, neurology, dermatology, endocrinology, audiology, and ophthalmology. We provide the top-level service, attention, and care that every patient who comes to Premier HealthCare deserves.

Premier HealthCare has an interdisciplinary team which participates in quarterly quality improvement and quality assurance sessions to promote and ensure that best practices, safety and quality of care are being met. Premier HealthCare aims to improve care and the health of our patients through our quality and clinical initiatives. At Premier HealthCare we believe in the importance of evidenced based practice, preventative care and collaboration through our multiple medical specialties available at our PCMH.

Primary Care

Primary care providers play a vital role in preventative care and management of chronic conditions, screening for diseases, treat acute illnesses and help patients avoid costly preventable hospital visits through healthcare promotion, management and collaboration with specialists.

Dental

At Premier HealthCare, we offer a full range of dental services, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and desensitization.

Ophthalmology

Ophthalmologists focus on disorders of the eye. An ophthalmologist can prescribe glasses when necessary. A physician referral will be required.

Audiology

Focusing on comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative services for all areas of hearing impairments.

Podiatry

Focuses on diagnosing and treating conditions of the foot, ankle, and related structures of the leg.

Neurology

Focusing on the treatment of diseases affecting the nervous and neuromuscular systems including the brain and spinal cord.

Psychiatry

Psychiatrists provide services representing the full range of psychiatric and developmental disorders. Patients usually come to Premier HealthCare for psychiatry for a diagnosis and/or medication management. Premier does not offer emergency psychiatric services.

Endocrinology

Focusing on diagnosing and treating disorders of the endocrine glands and hormones, including hypertension, diabetes complications and management, thyroid disorders, and more.

Dermatology

Focusing on evaluation and management of skin disorders and cosmetic concerns with skin.

Social Services

Our social workers play an important role in recognizing health and social disparities and assist patients and their families bridge the gap between medical care and community resources especially in our underserved community.
