From beginning in the LINK department as an intern, Caroline has had the privilege of running multiple groups, giving presentations, and (of course) answering inquiries from parents, professionals, and the people YAI supports. Mara is passionate about providing information and resources to everyone in need, but especially to her highly diverse Latino / Hispanic community; from calls, to presentations, to the Latino Conference . She believes that laughter is one of the best therapies.Read more
Emily is always enthusiastic about being able to work with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) and families to find the right services. With a social work background, she has experience providing support for people of many ages and backgrounds. Nicole loves helping families and people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) overcome the unexpected obstacles they face, so they can get the services they need. Rebecca is extremely motivated to help families find services that match their needs. With a background in healthcare and 15+ years of experience working at YAI, she has the extensive knowledge to help her clients. When Rebecca isn’t working she enjoys spending time traveling with her family.Read more
Matthew joins the LINK team after more than 9 years of being a Medicaid Service Coordinator. He also is a facilitator for YAI's Independent Living Program. Matthew is passionate about helping others reach their full potential. He is always up for a conversation about fantasy sports or reality competition shows and he enjoys being an office prankster.Read more
Cathy helps with the technical end of YAI LINK's operations. She loves to tinker around on computers and solving problems; when she's not on a computer, she's usually reading a book or making crafty items with yarn, fabric, clay, and more.Read more
