In April 19 and April 20, 2025, WrestleMania, The Showcase of the Immortals Also Known as the Grandest Stage of Them All, return to Las Vegas Nevada. This was the first time WrestleMania was held in Vegas in 32 years ,since April 4, 1993, when it debuted at Cesar’s Palace as the first outdoor WrestleMania. WrestleMania 41 it was held indoors at the Allegiant Stadium and it took place during the Easter Weekend which was also a first. And it was also John Cena's Final WrestleMania following his announcement in the summer 2024 that he is retiring from wrestling at the end of 2025.  

But before the event began, The WWE had been doing something good during the WrestleMania Week, first was the return of the annual convention of the WWE World this year and it was being held at the Las Vegas Convention, there were lots of exhibits and lots displays of world titles from the past even the WWE store had been selling good merchandises, the second one on April 16 was a first ever tournament called the WWE ID Championship tournament held by the GCW which it stands for Game Changer Wrestling and was also held by the future Stars of Wrestling. The Tournament was to improve any wrestlers that are independent, and the WWE ID is a developmental program that helps independent wrestlers to help a career at the world wrestling entertainment. This program also helps and supports independent wrestling schools and independent wrestlers with training, development, and mentorship. And there was both the WWE hall of fame for last Year and the Slammy awards event is more like the Grammy Awards and Oscar awards; only this one involves WWE.  

The WWE also participated in several community outreach events. They unveiled a new renovated club space at the John D Jackie Gaughan Boys and Girls Club. WWE also invited a group of children from the make a wish foundation to the WWE World convention and went to support 4 local non-profit organizations: Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada, Nevada Youth Network, Hope Means Nevada (supporting mental health initiatives), and the Cure 4 Kids Foundation, which helps children undergoing treatments for cancer and rare diseases.  

WrestleMania was so good, especially with the Jey Uso vs Gunther Match. Jey had won his first world title match, The Triple Threat Match, which involved 3 men: Seth Rollins Roman Reigns, the return of CM Punk, and John Cena, and become a 17-time world champion in his match with Cody Rhodes and it was a new record. There were some celebrities at WrestleMania this year like Flavor Flav who is a Rapper, and Jerry Roll who also is a singer and a rapper he even sang the god bless America anthem during the WrestleMania opening, even Jim Cantore from The Weather Channel was involved in a match and there were other celebrities including those that were from the UFC which stands for United Fighting Championship even the Ceo of it Dana White was there.

The attendance for this year’s WrestleMania was good, on Saturday it was 61,467 and Sunday’s attendance was 63,226 for the total of those two days was 124,693. And finally, WWE had certain good news, firstly the WWE had acquired the AAA Wrestling a Lucha Libre Organization from Mexico, and they promised to work with them as well by doing a special event called “WWE and AAA Worlds Collide” which was on June 7, 2025. Some AAA luchadores have done many good performances, as well as wrestling against some of WWE’s best superstars. WrestleMania also confirmed it will be returning to Las Vegas this year for the third time, hopefully it will be better and could be more spectacular than this year and I even hope that next year's WrestleMania will have lots of good matches. And I hope the WWE will create more programs to help improve young adults on their wrestling skills as well as supporting them.
