As part of a new partnership between YAI and the MTA, two murals at the Jay Street–MetroTech Station are bringing color, storytelling, and inclusion to the daily commute of thousands of New Yorkers. Through the MTA’s Vacant Unit Activation Program, artwork from YAI Arts is transforming previously underutilized spaces into vibrant, welcoming environments for all riders.
