As part of this interview series, we had the pleasure to interview Niya Vatel.
Niya Vatel is a dedicated parent to a child with autism, an advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities, and a NY-based care manager, committed to empowering families as they navigate the complex world of disability services. With a master’s degree in special education (autism spectrum disorder) and hands-on care management experience, she fights to ensure families receive the support and resources they deserve. It’s Niya’s mission to bridge the gaps in care and help caregivers become confident and informed advocates.
