Shani Chill became Chief of Education in June 2026 after serving as Principal of iHOPE since 2021 and Director of Vision Education Services beginning in 2016. She oversees educational programming across YAI’s schools, ensuring high-quality, accessible, and individualized instruction for students with complex needs. Shani holds master’s degrees in Communication Arts & Sciences and Special Education, along with SBL, SDL, and Teacher of the Blind and Visually Impaired certifications.
