Holly MacDonald

Holly MacDonald has been a member of YAI’s Board of Trustees since 2020. She is an experienced wealth advisor and investment strategist who has previously served on the Board of Agora Partnerships and as a trustee of the Episcopal Diocese of New York. Holly is Chief Operating Officer at Bessemer Trust, where she oversees investments, technology, operations, and family office services. She will become Bessemer’s Chief Executive Officer in early 2026. Holly is also a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Investor Advisory Committee on Financial Markets.
