Regina Reale

Chief Financial Officer

Regina joined YAI in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer and brings decades of leadership experience in healthcare, technology, and mission-driven organizations. Before joining YAI, Regina served as CFO of Cecelia Health, a high-growth virtual care provider, where she helped the company scale by improving financial operations and raised $40 million in funding to support patient care and innovation. She also held a senior leadership role at Comprehensive Neuroscience, a company that commercialized clinical-decision-support software that dramatically improved treatment quality for people with serious mental illness and was widely adopted by 25 states' Medicaid and major health plans. Regina also advised startups and innovative healthcare clients on their growth plans, like Otsuka Pharmaceutical on its entry into digital therapeutics, which resulted in FDA approval of Rejoyn, its first-in-class treatment for depression. She began her career at GE Equity, where she made investments in emerging technology companies. She earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John’s University.
