Shani Chill

Executive Director, iHOPE

Shani Chill has been the Principal of iHOPE since 2021, leading a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional education for students with severe and multiple disabilities. She joined the school in 2016 as the Director of Vision Education Services, where she expanded the Vision Department and implemented innovative strategies to promote student independence. Passionate about advocacy and inclusion, Shani is committed to empowering people with disabilities to take control of their lives and environments. She holds an MA in Communication Arts & Sciences, an MS in Special Education, a certification as a Teacher of the Blind and Visually Impaired, and certifications as a School Building Leader (SBL) and School District Leader (SDL). Her leadership reflects a deep belief in the transformative power of education and inclusion to unlock every student’s potential.
