Shani Chill

Chief of Education

Shani Chill is the Chief of Education, having officially stepped into the role in June 2026. She previously served as the Principal of iHOPE since 2021, leading a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional education for students with severe and multiple disabilities. Prior to her role as Principal, she served as the Director of Vision Education Services after joining iHOPE in 2016. In her current role, Shani oversees educational programming across schools, focusing on instructional quality, accessibility, and ensuring that students with complex needs receive comprehensive and individualized support. She holds an MA in Communication Arts & Sciences, an MS in Special Education, a certification as a Teacher of the Blind and Visually Impaired, and certifications as a School Building Leader (SBL) and School District Leader (SDL). Her leadership reflects a deep belief in the transformative power of education and inclusion to unlock every student’s potential.
