Their drivers, customer service personnel, and contractors are available to meet the needs of customers with disabilities. They are available to provide any requested assistance which is reasonable. They are happy to assist you whether you are traveling alone, using various wheeled mobility devices, or being accompanied by a service animal. The types of assistance that they are frequently asked to provide involve:
