Rosa Ramos is an experienced educational leader with a deep commitment to supporting teachers and advancing high-quality instruction. She began her career at MSA in 2018 as a classroom teacher, where she quickly developed a passion for collaboration, mentorship, and curriculum development. Over the years, Rosa has supported classroom teachers in a variety of leadership roles, including Lead Teacher and Educational Curriculum Coordinator, working closely with educators to strengthen instructional practices and foster student success. She currently serves as Director of Education, where she provides strategic vision, guidance, and professional support across the organization. Rosa is dedicated to continuous learning and reflective leadership and is currently enrolled in a doctorate program in Educational Leadership. Her professional journey reflects a strong belief in empowering educators, cultivating inclusive learning environments, and driving meaningful, sustainable change within schools and educational communities.
