Courtney Nelson

Courtney Nelson began her career at iHOPE as a volunteer in 2013, driven by a deep passion for nonprofit work. She played a key role in coordinating fundraising initiatives, events, and promotional materials during the program’s inception. In 2014, Courtney was hired as one of the school’s first administrators. She has since grown alongside the program, supporting iHOPE through numerous transitions while expanding both the organization’s scope and her professional expertise. Currently, Courtney oversees program operations, focusing on safety, compliance, and the strategic use of technology to enhance support for both staff and students. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Mass Communication, with a concentration in Media Studies, from the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Oneonta.
