Mayra Garcia

Director of Admissions and Family Engagement, iHOPE

Mayra Garcia joined iHOPE in 2017 as the school’s Associate Program Director and has since become an integral part of the school community. Now serving as the Director of Admissions and Family Engagement, Mayra has been a driving force behind iHOPE’s growth, helping expand enrollment from 50 students to more than 145. For Mayra, iHOPE is more than just a school—it’s a place of purpose, compassion, and deep connection. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for every family and she approaches her work with warmth, empathy, and dedication. In her role, she leads student recruitment, enrollment, and all family support services, ensuring every parent feels seen, heard, and supported throughout their journey. Mayra holds degrees in Business Administration and Marketing. Outside work, she treasures spending time with her family, husband, and their two children.
