Abigail McCallum

Paraprofessional Manager, Upper School, iHOPE

Abigail McCallum has always been passionate about helping others, leading her to start her career as a Direct Support Professional in 2019. After four fulfilling years, Abigail joined iHOPE in 2022 as a 1:1 paraprofessional, where she was inspired by the technology, collaborative environment, and talented students. Her passion for supporting these students grew, as well as her desire to teach her peers how to build rapport and develop professional relationships with their students and colleagues. This led her to stepping into the role of Head Paraprofessional in 2023 and eventually to Upper School Paraprofessional Manager in 2024. She is grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and help iHOPE students grow academically and therapeutically in such a diverse and supportive community. Abigail is currently working on her degree to become a Special Education teacher.
