Katiria Gil

Director of the Paraprofessional Department, iHOPE

Katiria Gil began her journey with iHOPE in 2016 as a one-to-one paraprofessional. Her passion for supporting students and providing individualized care led her to become a Head Paraprofessional a year later. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing classroom teams and ensuring students received consistent, high-quality support. Driven by her love of helping others, Katiria continued to grow within the organization, stepping into the role of Paraprofessional Manager in 2022, and, most recently, Director of the Paraprofessional Department in September of 2025. In this role, she is committed to leading, supporting, and advocating for paraprofessionals while continuing to ensure the highest level of care and support for iHOPE students.
