Yohanna Hernandez

Paraprofessional Manager, Lower School iHOPE

Yohanna Hernandez has had the privilege of being part of the iHOPE team for almost six years, initially starting as a paraprofessional working one on one with students. Her passion for supporting children and their growth quickly propelled her to the role of Head Paraprofessional. In 2023, she was honored to step into the position of Paraprofessional Manager for the Lower School division. In this role, she collaborates closely with both staff and students, continuing to foster an inclusive, nurturing, and supporting environment. Driven by her deep passion for working with children, she looks forward to continuing to grow and make meaningful contributions at iHOPE.
