Nephetti Panos

Paraprofessional Manager, Middle School, iHOPE

Nephetti Panos has been part of the iHOPE community for over three years, starting as a paraprofessional, then as Head Paraprofessional for two years, and now proudly serving as Paraprofessional Manager. Working with students with brain injuries is more than just Nephetti’s job, it’s her passion. As a TBI survivor herself, she is deeply committed to creating a supportive, uplifting environment where every student feels valued and seen. You can usually find her in the halls, classrooms, or her office, always smiling, positive, and ready to lend a hand—not only to the students, but the paraprofessionals and school community as a whole. Outside of work, Nephetti loves bringing joy to others through baking, especially when it involves decorating cakes and sharing them with friends and family.
