Iashia Lee is the first Director of Paraprofessionals at MSA, supporting both the lower and upper school locations. Since joining MSA in 2019, she has grown within the school community, serving in multiple roles that shaped her collaborative, student-centered approach. Prior to becoming Director in 2025, she worked as a Lead Behavior Support Assistant across both locations.

Iashia holds a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and is preparing to sit for the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam. Her career in special education began as a substitute paraprofessional and progressed through roles as a 1:1 paraprofessional and teacher assistant, giving her a deep appreciation for the work paraprofessionals do. As Director, Iashia is passionate about using ABA principles to support, guide, and empower paraprofessionals while promoting inclusive, value-driven learning environments where all students can succeed.
