Lynzee Masiello

Director of Transitions, MSA

Lynzee Masiello joined Manhattan Star Academy (MSA) in 2019 as an Occupational Therapist and has since advanced into leadership roles including OT/PT Supervisor, Transition Coordinator, and now Director of Transitions. She also oversees MSA's STAR Program, supporting students ages 18–21 in developing vocational, independent living, and community participation skills.

Lynzee supervises a multidisciplinary team including the Transition Social Worker, PCAST Coordinator, and job coaches. She is dedicated to expanding real-world learning opportunities, strengthening community partnerships, and preparing students for successful adult lives.

Lynzee is passionate about helping students build confidence, discover their strengths, and develop the skills needed to reach their highest level of independence.
